Job summary

McLaren Health Care seeks a Nursing Leader to oversee daily operations of the assigned unit(s) ensuring high-quality, compassionate patient care. You will lead and develop staff, manage budgets, and ensure regulatory compliance while collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to improve outcomes and satisfaction.

Required: RN with a Bachelor’s in Nursing and at least 3 years of nursing-related experience, Michigan licensure, and BLS; ACLS preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in nursing or higher with RN licensure.
• Minimum 3 years nursing-related experience (or 5 years with an associate degree).
• BLS Certification required.
• ACLS Certification preferred.
