Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification per AHA or Red Cross.
• Three years' work commensurate experience or related training preferred.
• Strong verbal communication and clerical skills.
• Familiarity with medical terminology.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily clerical operations on the nursing unit.
• Support the charge nurse and unit manager to ensure patient needs are met.
• Maintain supplies and equipment and ensure regulatory standards.
• Serve as hub for unit activity and communication.
