Job summary

Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED required.
• BLS certification within 30 days of hire.
• Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) experience.

Responsibilities

• Performs patient care activities as delegated by the nurse.
• Gives hygiene, nutrition, elimination, skin care, and comfort support to assigned patients.
• Assists with admission, transfer, and discharge processes.
• Documents and reports pertinent patient information promptly.
