Job summary

Dodge County is seeking an RN Supervisor to lead nursing training and compliance efforts in a full-time, dayshift role. You will instruct nursing assistant curricula, conduct mandatory in-services, and serve as the primary trainer for state-required programs, including CPR/First Aid certification.

You will oversee staff development, maintain student records, and ensure alignment with Wisconsin regulations while promoting a supportive learning environment for residents and families.

Qualifications

• Associates degree in Nursing with two years' nursing experience.
• Train the Trainer or equivalent program within one year from date of hire.
• Must successfully pass caregiver and criminal background check.
• Must possess or obtain CPR/First Aid certification upon hire.
• Previous supervisory experience in a lead role.
• Bachelor's degree in nursing (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Provides leadership in attracting, retaining, and developing an engaged workforce in the delivery of superior services to residents and families.
• Coordinates campus-wide Compliance Program and serves as Clearview's Corporate Compliance Officer.
• Observes and evaluates nursing care while making routine nursing rounds.
• Instructs nursing assistant core curriculum classes and CBRF Training programs as required by state regs.
• Prepares and is the primary instructor for new hire orientation and mandatory in-services.
• Maintains student documentation and ensures regulatory reporting to the State.
