Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• BLS certification through AHA or ARC within 90 days.

Responsibilities

• Collects and reports patient needs and status to the RN or Provider.
• Provides direct patient care under supervision, following policies and procedures.
• Documents patient information accurately and timely.
• Communicates observations to the health care team and supports plan of care.
