Qualifications

• Phlebotomy and medical terminology preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provides patient care services under RN supervision.
• Cleans, maintains and stocks supplies and equipment.
• Applies standard precautions and infection control in a variety of settings.
• Performs clerical, phlebotomy, safety attendant and other duties as assigned within scope.
• Accesses data reflective of the patient’s status to identify needs and report them to the supervising RN.
• Assists in room turnaround and ensures proper cleaning of equipment and environment.
