Northwest Hospital, part of LifeBridge Health, is seeking a Nursing Assistant to support patient care under the supervision of an RN. The role requires flexibility to float among Critical Care, Acute Care, Telemetry, ED, BHU, and OR to meet patient needs in a busy hospital setting.

Preferred candidates have a high school diploma or GED and 1-3 years of experience, with Basic Life Support and Maryland CNA certification. We offer comprehensive benefits and opportunities for growth.

Summary:
Functions under the supervision of the RN in a cooperative effort with the health care team to assist in providing a variety of patient care related duties. Maintains the standards of nursing care for al patients and implements the policies and procedures of the unit, Hospital and Nursing Department. Must be able to float to all designated areas (Critical Care, Acute Care, Telemetry, ED, BHU, and OR).

Preferred:

• High School / GED

Licensures & Certifications

Required:

• Basic Life Support
• Current Maryland CNA certification (CNA-I or CNA-II)

Credential Note:

• Cardiac Arrhythmia Recognition test (IMC only)

Pay Range

$20.00 to $27.29 Based On Experience
