Qualifications

• The candidate must hold or be eligible to hold an RN, LPN, or MNA license in the state of New Hampshire.

Responsibilities

• Documenting all resident care assessments.
• Monitoring health status changes and providing reports.
• Training new staff and providing leadership responsibilities.
