Job summary

AdventHealth in Winter Park, FL, is seeking a Nursing Leadership position to spearhead strategies that improve nursing care delivery and develop programs to support career pathways for nursing staff. Collaboration with academic and community partners will create experiential learning opportunities for students and future healthcare professionals.

Qualifications

RN license and CPR/BLS required.
Associate degree in Nursing required; BSN preferred.
1+ acute care hospital experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Leads strategies based on industry and organizational data to implement initiatives improving nursing care delivery.
Provides leadership in developing programs to support career pathways for team members within the nursing workforce pipeline.
Collaborates with academic and community organizations to create experiential learning opportunities for students and prospective allied health and nursing employees.
Conducts periodic assessments and evaluations of innovative nursing programs, implementing changes as necessary.
Works with leaders to identify, implement, and evaluate processes that drive exceptional clinical outcomes through nursing workforce innovation.
Participates in organizational leadership programs to oversee clinical quality training and develop measures to improve patient care quality.
