Qualifications

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and data analysis tools.
• Experience with social networking and online recruiting.
• Strategic thinking with project planning experience.
• Strong research and information presentation skills.
• Self-directed and effective communicator with strong interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of care levels, service lines, and acuity levels.

Responsibilities

• Collaborates with hiring managers to reconcile FTEs, open requisitions, and budgeted headcount.
• Makes hiring decisions to build the healthcare workforce pipeline.
• Collects and analyzes recruitment metrics to identify trends and improve processes.
• Partners with community, nursing development, and education teams to promote local workforce.
• Plans and executes hiring events with Talent Acquisition.
• Uses dashboards to plan workforce needs for future years.
• Acts as liaison for recruiters and evaluates candidates with managers.
• Guides nursing unit hiring to align with goals.
