Job summary

Penn Medicine is seeking an Administrative Supervisor to oversee nursing staff on weekend, evening and night shifts, ensuring safe patient care and efficient throughput. You will represent administration for problem solving and align with our mission and quality standards.

Qualifications include BSN, five years clinical experience with charge/management, Pennsylvania RN license, CPR and ACLS, and PALS within the first year.

Qualifications

• BSN required from an accredited nursing program.
• Minimum of five years of clinical experience including charge/management responsibilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee nursing staff on weekend, evening and night shifts to ensure safe and effective care.
• Represent administration for problem solving and decision making Hospital wide on weekend, evening and night shifts.
• Monitor and maintain standards of regulatory bodies and hospital policies; ensure staff compliance.
