Job summary

HonorHealth's John C Lincoln location in Phoenix, AZ is seeking an experienced RN for the Medical/Surgical Unit-5E/W with a Day shift to support stroke care services. This role requires 1+ year RN experience, BSN, and AZ RN license; sign-on bonus available.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in nursing (BSN) is required.
• Active Registered Nurse license in the State of Arizona.
• Direct care for stroke patients requires stroke-specific education.

Responsibilities

• Oversees staff onboarding, evaluates performance, coaches and develops employees while ensuring quality care and budget stewardship.
• Coordinates patient care and collaborates with physicians to implement the medical plan of care.
• Provides direct patient care and teaches patients and families about illness, home care, and recovery.
• Participates in policy revisions, quality improvement, and unit goals.
