• Assists Clinical Director in managing unit staff and patient population.
• Provide direct patient care and collaborate with physicians on the medical plan of care.
• Oversee hiring onboarding, performance evaluation, coaching, and staff development.
• Promote quality improvement and ensure policy compliance within the department.
