Mansfield Center for Health & Rehabilitation, affiliated with National Health Care Associates, seeks a Nursing Supervisor to lead an interdisciplinary team and ensure the health, comfort, and well-being of residents.

You will oversee facility operations, safety, compliance with nursing policies, and mentor nursing staff, delivering high-quality care in a compassionate, fast-paced Long-Term Care environment that values growth and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Valid state nursing license.
• Experience in a supervisory or leadership role in Long-Term Care.

What You'll Do:

As a Nursing Supervisor, you will lead an interdisciplinary team to provide exceptional care and ensure the health, comfort, and overall well-being of our residents. Your responsibilities will include oversight of the facility operations, safety, cleanliness and compliance to nursing policies, procedures and regulations.

What You'll Bring:

Qualifications of a Nursing Supervisor include:

• Valid state nursing license

• Advanced degree or certification preferred

• Experience in a supervisory or leadership role in a Long-Term Care setting preferred

• Compassionate and empathetic approach to patient care

• Interest in the nursing needs of the aged and the chronically ill with the ability to work with both
