VitalCore Health Strategies is seeking a Nursing Supervisor (LPN or RN) in Bridgewater, MA. The mid-shift (1PM-9PM) supervisor oversees nursing care at Massachusetts Treatment Center and ensures compliance with state practice acts while leading a team of nursing staff.

The role requires an active Massachusetts RN or LPN license and CPR/BLS certification, with previous charge RN or management experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Current/active Massachusetts RN or LPN license.
• CPR/BLS certification.
• Willingness to work in a correctional facility.

Responsibilities

• Provide quality care within the scope of the local nurse practice act and supervise nursing staff.
• Delegate tasks and ensure supervision of nursing activities and functions.
• Promote patient safety and advocate for quality health care within the facility.
