Qualifications

• Nursing degree or RN program graduation is required.
• Current license to practice as an RN in the state of Massachusetts.
• Ability to supervise and coordinate nursing activities within scope of practice.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate, detailed reports and records.
• Administer medications to patients and monitor for reactions.
• Record patients’ medical information and vital signs.
• Monitor, record, and report symptoms or changes in patients’ condition.
• Coordinate with healthcare team to assess, plan, implement, or evaluate care plans.
• Modify patient treatment plans as indicated by patient responses.
• Prepare patients for examinations or treatments.
• Instruct individuals and families on health topics and disease prevention.
• Ensure stock of supplies and maintain equipment.
