Ohio Living in Sewickley Heights, PA seeks a Nursing Supervisor (RN or LPN) to lead nursing staff, oversee admissions on assigned shifts, and ensure high-quality care in compliance with regulations.

You will coordinate with multiple departments, mentor staff, and maintain readiness for regulatory surveys. Requires a nursing degree, current RN/LPN license, and prior supervisory experience; EMR experience preferred.

Formación

• Nursing degree from an accredited college, university or vocational school.
• Current unencumbered license for RN or LPN.
• One year of supervisory experience in a hospital, long term care facility, or related health care facility.
• One year of nursing experience in a hospital, long term care facility, or related health care facility.
• Proficiency with Windows, Microsoft Office, and EMR experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Confirms staffing at the beginning of the shift.
• Completes a focused mid-shift round with Charge Nurses and follows up on unresolved issues.
• Remains visible to families acting as a point person and addresses family when present.
• Coordinates resident and patient care with other departments to ensure continuity of care.
• Fills in as Charge Nurse and supports Admissions Nurses as needed.
• Attends all-employee and departmental meetings and in-service training as scheduled.
