Dover Center for Health & Rehabilitation in Dover, NH is seeking an experienced Nursing Supervisor to lead an interdisciplinary team and deliver exceptional resident care. This role offers a working supervisor position with an evening shift and a $4,000 sign-on bonus.

You will oversee facility operations, safety, compliance with nursing policies, and provide mentorship, training, and performance feedback while ensuring high-quality care in a welcoming environment.

Qualifications

• Valid state nursing license.
• Advanced degree or certification preferred.
• Experience in supervisory or leadership role in Long-Term Care preferred.
• Compassionate and empathetic approach to patient care.
• Interest in the nursing needs of the aged and chronically ill with the ability to work with both.
• Strong clinical, leadership, organizational, and decision‑making skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

What You'll Do:

• Evening shift 3pm - 11pm Nurse Supervisor / This is a working supervisor
• Base pay is $44 - $50 (depends on experience) / Shift differentials up to $55 an hour
• On call rotation every 8 weeks
• $4K sign on Bonus

As a Nursing Supervisor, you will lead an interdisciplinary team to provide exceptional care and ensure the health, comfort, and overall well-being of our residents. Your responsibilities will include oversight of the facility operations, safety, cleanliness and compliance to nursing policies, procedures and regulations.
