Job summary

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Current Registered Nurse licensure in MA.
• Three or more years of experience in geriatric care nursing and management.

Responsibilities

• Direct resident care in skilled nursing.
• Manage licensed clinical staff and coordinate with physicians and management on nursing issues.
• Ensure CQI activities and participate in performance improvement.
• Assist in budgeting and resource planning for Nursing Services.
• Develop and maintain Nursing Services policies and procedures.
• Lead rounds and collaborate with other departments to address residents' needs.
