National Health Care Associates, Inc. is seeking a Nursing Supervisor for our Dover, NH location.

The role involves leading an interdisciplinary team to deliver high-quality care to residents and oversee facility operations, safety, and regulatory compliance. The Evening shift is 3pm–11pm with on-site supervision; base pay ranges from $42 to $50 per hour, plus shift differentials up to $55 per hour and a $4,000 sign-on bonus.

Qualifications

• Valid state nursing license.
• Advanced degree or certification preferred.
• Experience in supervisory or leadership role in Long-Term Care setting preferred.
• Compassionate and empathetic approach to patient care.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

What You'll Do:

Evening shift 3pm - 11pm Nurse Supervisor / This is a working supervisor / you will be on a cart

Base pay is $42 - $50 (depends on experience) / Shift differentials up to $55 an hour

On call rotation every 8 weeks

As a Nursing Supervisor, you will lead an interdisciplinary team to provide exceptional care and ensure the health, comfort, and overall well-being of our residents. Your responsibilities will include oversight of the facility operations, safety, cleanliness and compliance to nursing policies, procedures and regulations.

Qualifications of a Nursing Supervisor include:
