Job summary

National Health Care Associates (National) seeks a Nursing Supervisor for a full-time evening shift (3pm-11pm) at our Wethersfield, CT location. You will lead an interdisciplinary team to deliver exceptional resident care, oversee daily operations, staffing, and care plan implementation, while ensuring regulatory compliance.

A $5,000 sign-on bonus is offered and career growth opportunities are available. Qualified applicants will hold a valid state nursing license and demonstrate strong

Qualifications

• Valid state nursing license.
• Advanced degree or certification preferred.
• Experience in a supervisory or leadership role in a Long-Term Care setting preferred.
• Compassionate and empathetic approach to patient care.
• Interest in the nursing needs of the aged and chronically ill with the ability to work with both.
• Strong clinical, leadership, organizational, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work effectively in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
