Job summary

Maple View, affiliated with National Health Care Associates, seeks an RN Supervisor for the 3pm-11pm shift. You will lead an interdisciplinary team to ensure quality care, safety, and resident well-being within a long-term care setting.

Qualifications

• Valid state nursing license.
• Advanced degree or certification preferred.
• Experience in a supervisory or leadership role in Long-Term Care preferred.

As a Nursing Supervisor, you will lead an interdisciplinary team to provide exceptional care and ensure the health, comfort, and overall well-being of our residents. Your responsibilities will include oversight of the facility operations, safety, cleanliness and compliance to nursing policies, procedures and regulations.
