Job summary

National Health Care Associates in Bloomfield, CT is seeking a Nursing Supervisor for 3-11 shift to lead an interdisciplinary team and ensure the health, safety, and well-being of residents. Qualifications

• Valid state nursing license.

Qualifications of a Nursing Supervisor include:

• Valid state nursing license
• Advanced degree or certification preferred
• Experience in a supervisory or leadership role in a Long-Term Care setting preferred
• Compassionate and empathetic approach to patient care
• Interest in the nursing needs of the aged and the chronically ill with the ability to work with both
• Strong clinical, leadership, organizational, and decision-making skills
