Job summary

St. Camillus, a premier Assisted Living and Memory Care community in Wauwatosa, Wisconsin, seeks an LPN/RN Nursing Supervisor to oversee resident care, staff development, and ensure compliance with CBRF regulations.

You will coordinate nursing operations, supervise daily clinical activities, administer medications, and lead a team of caregivers to deliver compassionate, resident-centered care while partnering with families and physicians to support excellent outcomes.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
• Current Wisconsin LPN or RN license.
• Current CBRF certifications and CPR certification required.
• Strong understanding of Assisted Living and Wisconsin CBRF regulations.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate nursing care and daily clinical operations within Assisted Living.
• Assess resident health status and identify changes requiring intervention.

• Work closely with other departments to maintain a positive, resident-centered environment.

Scheduling & Availability Requirements

Pool staff are required to:

• Work a minimum of four (4) shifts per month
• Work at least two (2) weekend shifts per month
• Work at least two (2) weekday shifts per month
• Work a minimum of two (2) recognized holidays per calendar year

Position Summary
