St. Catherine of Siena Nursing and Rehabilitation and St. Catherine of Siena Hospital, proud members of Catholic Health, seek an experienced nurse leader to oversee clinical operations and staffing in a hospital and rehabilitation setting on Long Island.

This full-time role emphasizes supervision, regulatory compliance, and team-based coordination to support patient care excellence. Qualified candidates are licensed RNs with a Bachelor’s degree preferred and at least 3–5 years of health care

Overview

St. Catherine of Siena Nursing and Rehabilitation and St. Catherine of Siena Hospital are proud members of Catholic Health and have served the residents of the Smithtown area for more than 50 years. The campus is comprised of a 240-bed nursing and rehabilitation care center; 296-bed not-for-profit community hospital and a 60,000 square foot medical office building. Qualifications

Licensed Registered Nurse, Bachelors Degree preferred. Minimum 3-5 years experience in health care management field preferred.

Special Requirements

Experience in team based environment desirable. Basic knowledge of regulatory agency requirements, establishment of staffing patterns and schedules. Excellent supervisory and communication skills necessary for coordinating staff activities and interpreting operating policies and procedures for staff.

Salary Range

USD $63.73 - USD $68.53 /Hr.

This range serves as a good faith estimate and actual pay will encompass a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience. The salary range or rate listed does not include any bonuses/incentive, differential pay or other forms of compensation that may be applicable to this job and it does not include the value of benefits.
