Catholic Health in Smithtown, NY is seeking a Nurse Practitioner to provide direct and collaborative care for sub-acute, rehabilitation and long-term care residents in our St. Catherine of Siena campus.
You will perform exams, assessments, diagnoses, prescribe treatments, and work with the Medical Director and nursing staff to ensure timely care and regulatory compliance. A Master’s in NP, NY NP license and BLS/ACLS are required; experience in acute or long-term care is preferred and

USD $144,664.00 – USD $187,200.00 / Yr. This range serves as a good faith estimate; actual pay will encompass a number of factors, including the candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience.
