Guggenheimer Health & Rehab in Virginia is seeking an RN or LPN to step into a Nursing Supervisor role, leading our nursing team on a Monday–Friday 3:00 pm–11:00 pm schedule with on-call weekends. You will supervise staff, develop personalized care plans, ensure regulatory compliance, provide training, and foster a collaborative environment that prioritizes compassionate resident care.

Are you a passionate RN or LPN looking for a leadership role in a supportive, team-driven environment? Guggenheimer Health & Rehab is seeking a dedicated Nursing Supervisor to lead and support our nursing team, ensuring our residents receive exceptional care. This is a Monday-Friday shift from 3:00 pm to 11:00 pm and on call one weekend a month.

Qualifications:

• Currently licensed as LPN/RN in Virginia.

• One-year prior nursing management experience preferred.
