Job summary

Kindred Hospital Dayton and Behavioral Health Unit is seeking a Nursing Supervisor to oversee nursing staff, assess patient needs, and coordinate training and guidance for unit staff. You will participate in developing nursing protocols and ensure proper documentation and care delivery.

This role requires an accredited nursing degree, valid RN license and BLS certification, with two years of hospital nursing experience and 1–2 years of supervisory/leadership experience.
