The Health Care District of Palm Beach County is seeking a Nursing Supervisor to oversee nursing operations across assigned departments, ensuring safe, high‑quality patient care. You will provide administrative and clinical supervision, coordinate staffing, and implement performance improvement initiatives.

You will mentor staff, conduct rounds, ensure regulatory compliance, and collaborate with Nursing Managers to evaluate outcomes and drive quality.

Competenze

• Associate's of Science required.
• Bachelor's of Science preferred.
• 5-7 years of experience in acute care is required.
• Or a minimum of two years of acute care plus one year of Nursing Supervisor experience.
