Job summary

Arden Ridge Health and Rehabilitation is seeking a Nursing Supervisor (RN or LPN) to lead nursing staff, ensure compliant, high-quality resident care, and mentor the team. This role emphasizes operations, scheduling, and hands-on oversight of care plans.

The ideal candidate holds an RN or LPN license with at least 3 years of nursing experience (1 year in administration) and demonstrates strong leadership, teamwork, and problem-solving skills. Weekend availability is required.

Qualifications

• Current, unencumbered RN or LPN license in the state of practice.
• Minimum 3 years of nursing experience (long-term care or similar setting preferred).
• At least 1 year in nursing administration.
• Strong leadership, team-building and decision-making skills.
• Compassionate and dedicated to high-quality resident care.
• Ability to work weekends with flexibility.
• Preceptor Training completed or willing to complete.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise nursing staff with adequate coverage and quality resident care.
• Staff development and training to ensure ongoing excellence.
• Direct resident care and ensure care plans are followed.
• Perform resident assessments on admission and during stay.
• Assist in treatment planning and ensure compliance with policies.
• Recruit and retain skilled nursing staff.
• Address resident and family concerns professionally.
• Drive continuous improvement within the management team.
