Job summary

Medical City Sachse seeks a Nursing Supervisor House Admin to support Hospital and Nursing Administration, promote the department's mission, and ensure safe, coordinated patient care. The RN will act autonomously, applying evidence-based practices and guiding the nursing staff when needed.

You should have an RN license, ACLS and BCLS, a Bachelor's degree, 5 years of nursing experience, and 2 years in a supervisory role.

Qualifications

• ACLS and BCLS certification required.
• Registered Nurse with Bachelor’s degree.
• Minimum five years of progressive nursing experience.
• Two years of supervisory experience required.

Responsibilities

• Represents Hospital and Nursing Administration in their absence and supports the mission, vision and values.
• Promotes, advocates for and supports nursing staff’s commitment to health, safety and rights.

Job Summary And Qualifications

The Supervisor House Admin represents Hospital and Nursing Administration in their absence and supports the mission, vision and values of Medical City Sachse and the philosophy of the Department of Nursing. The Supervisor House Admin promotes, advocates for and supports the nursing staff’s primary commitment to protect the health, safety and rights of the individual, family and community. When assisting in patient care activities, this RN is accountable for their practice and care coordination. The RN is expected to practice autonomously utilizing evidence-based practices.
