Job summary

East Alabama Medical Center is seeking a Radiology Nursing Supervisor to assist the Radiology Manager in overseeing the Interventional Radiology division. The role focuses on leading a high-performing team and maintaining a culture centered on safety and accountability.

The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years of acute care experience with leadership exposure, an Alabama nursing license, and required certifications such as BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS.

Qualifications

• Associates Degree in Nursing is required.
• 3-5 years of acute care experience and preferably a prior leadership role.
• Active license/registration/certification as required by Alabama.
• BLS within 90 days of DOH/Transfer; ACLS within 90 days; NIHSS within 90 days; PALS within 12 months.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operations of the Interventional Radiology division in partnership with the Radiology Manager.
• Foster a cohesive, high-performing team.

POSITION QUALIFICATIONS

• Associates Degree in Nursing
