Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in nursing is required.
• Graduate from an accredited nursing program preferred (CCNE, ACEN, NLN CNEA).
• Leadership experience is preferred.
• Knowledge of the nursing practice act and standards of care.

Responsibilities

• Supervises nursing home staff and nursing activities.
• Assist in managing nursing staff assigned to a shift.
• Coordinate resources within shifts to ensure quality care.
• Assign residents to staff based on condition and skill level.
• Monitor cleanliness and readiness of care areas.
• Collaborate with providers to plan, implement and evaluate care.
