Qualifications

• NLN-approved nursing program graduate and active RN license in the state of facility.
• Two years of direct nursing work experience preferred.
• Supervisory experience in clinical settings preferred (crisis intervention, medical emergencies, nursing care).
• Ability to work without direct supervision and adhere to policies.

Responsibilities

• Supervises and evaluates nursing and clerical staff.
• Ensures adequate staffing and scheduling across shifts.
• Ensures compliance with facility policies and nursing standards.
• Manages staff training, in-service education, and performance reviews.
• Coordinates with contract providers and outside agencies.
