Qualifications

• Must be a licensed RN in Pennsylvania.
• Two years nursing experience in a health care facility or equivalent.
• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English fluently.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing and maintaining nursing objectives, policies and procedures.
• Make independent decisions regarding nursing care and supervise staff.
• Evaluate emergencies and implement appropriate measures and communicate with nursing administration.
• Direct assigned areas, delegate tasks, and monitor unit operations.
• Ensure proper documentation and maintain confidentiality of resident information.
• Coordinate with other departments to meet resident care needs.
• Participate in professional activities and continuing education to stay current with regulations.
