Job summary

Neighborhood Healthcare seeks a Nursing Supervisor to manage RN/LVN staff across clinic sites, ensuring efficient systems, training, and standardized protocols. You’ll lead performance reviews, schedule staff, and ensure HIPAA compliance while driving improvement initiatives.

Requirements include CA RN license, 2 years RN experience, BLS, and willingness to travel between NHC clinics. This is an on-site, Mon-Fri role with strong benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• CA RN license required or in-state licensure
• Two years of registered nursing experience required
• BLS certification required at hire
• Supervisory experience in health care preferred
• Valid CA Driver’s License and auto insurance

Responsibilities

• Manages and oversees nursing staff (RN/LVN) across regions
• Provide direction, training and performance management
• Assist with staff scheduling, timesheets and coverage
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA, safety rules and policies
• Facilitate ongoing trainings and new hire onboarding
• Conduct periodic performance assessments and coaching
• Lead meetings and coordinate with site leadership
• Support audits and corrective actions
• Collaborate with public health and local departments
