Job Summary:
The Administrative Supervisor is responsible for ensuring and maintaining adequate and competent levels of patient care in all areas of operation. This individual collaborates with the Asst. VP of Nursing/Patient Care Services and the VP of Nursing/Patient Care Services in facilitating nursing care, and assumes responsibility for all administrative activities in the absence of the administrator on premise. The Administrative Supervisor is guided by a broad knowledge of current nursing theory and practice and principles of management and supervision.
