Nursing Supervisor (WellBridge of Rochester Hills)

Join our WellBridge of Rochester Hills team!

In this role as Nursing Supervisor, you will supervise and coordinate the activities of the nursing team to provide patient care. You will serve as a resource for communication, education, and clarification of policies, procedures, and standards related to nursing practice and care.

Scheduling needs:

• 12-hour shifts
• Weekend position

How you will help people daily:

• Promote hospitality and excellent customer service in interactions with guests, families, and visitors
• Instruct the team on skilled care processes and serve as a resource for clinical issues
• Perform routine nursing duties such as IV therapy, tube feedings, chest tubes, etc.
• Supervise the nursing team, including assigning tasks, training, and evaluations

Qualifications:

• Graduate from an accredited nursing school with at least 2 years of related experience
• Current Michigan RN license and CPR certification
• Strong analytical skills for care planning and problem-solving
• Excellent customer service and team support skills
