Job summary

Qualifications

• Master's or Bachelor's degree and 2+ years of relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience pursuant to Fla. Stat. 112.219.
• Active and unencumbered RN or APRN License in FL.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized academic coaching and support to nursing students.
• Foster a welcoming and inclusive environment that promotes student engagement and well-being.
• Serve as a liaison between students, faculty, and support services to ensure comprehensive academic support.
• Identify students at risk and design remediation plans in collaboration with faculty.
• Coordinate NCLEX-RN preparation strategies, including workshops, practice exams, and review sessions.
• Develop and coordinate student success offerings such as tutoring, workshops, and peer mentoring.
