BMCHS is seeking a Student Nursing Assistant to support the Med Surg Unit 9-2A. Under RN supervision, you’ll perform delegated patient care tasks, assist with hygiene, vital signs, and daily activities to help patients and families.

Must have a high school diploma or GED and be enrolled in a nursing program or trained as a CNA; CPR/BLS certification is required. Per diem schedule offers varied shifts across the unit.

Competenze

• Must have High school diploma or GED and be enrolled in an accredited Nursing program or completed CNA training.
• CPR and BLS certifications are required for this role.
• Experience or exposure to hospital settings is preferred.
• Ability to document patient data accurately and follow policies.

Mansioni

• Assist RN with delegated patient care interventions and routine tasks.
• Communicate patient status and data findings to the RN during shifts.
• Record vital signs, intake/output, and other data per standards.
• Support patient hygiene, feeding, and mobility safely and compassionately.
• Identify patient needs, respond to call lights, and coordinate with team.
