Job summary

Magnolia Manor in Inman, SC is seeking a Staffing Coordinator to manage staffing for the nursing department on a full-time, Monday–Friday schedule. Requires being a CNA in South Carolina or willingness to obtain; strong scheduling and record-keeping skills are essential.

The role supports master scheduling, unit staffing to budgeted hours per patient day, and collaboration with HR/Payroll to ensure accurate timekeeping. Join a team dedicated to quality resident care.

Qualifications

• Must have at minimum a High School Diploma or equivalent G.E.D.
• Must have knowledge of staffing and orientation schedules
• Current CNA Certification preferred, not required
• Must be detail oriented, organized, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Kronos experience strongly preferred
• Reliable transportation required

Responsibilities

• Coordinates staffing needs of the facility for a defined resident/patient population and time frame, maintaining accurate records of staffing.
• Creates a master schedule and adequately staffs nursing units according to budgeted hours per patient day and staffing ratios.
• Schedules daily nursing department shifts and coordinates with HR/Payroll to ensure accurate time records.
• Updates schedule daily as needed
