Job summary

WellBridge of Brighton is seeking a Nursing Staff Scheduler to ensure adequate nursing staffing across all shifts based on budget and census information. A CNA certification is required for this position.

The role involves developing and posting daily/biweekly schedules, coordinating with nursing staff and supervisors, handling call-ins, and generating reports to support staffing decisions. This is a full-time on-site position with opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• CNA Certification current in Michigan.
• 1+ years of scheduling experience in health care or long-term care.

Responsibilities

• Develop, manage, and post daily and biweekly staffing schedules.
• Consult with nursing staff and supervisors on staffing needs and overtime.
• Manage call-in process and fill open shifts as needed.
• Maintain electronic staffing schedules and run reports as requested.
• Collaborate with Administrator and HR on staffing levels and census needs.
