Job summary

CommuniCare Health is seeking a Nursing Staff Scheduler in Strongsville, OH to coordinate staffing and ensure high-quality resident care. The role requires following the master schedule, communicating with the DON, and maintaining accurate staffing records.

You will prepare daily staffing sheets, manage attendance and PTO, and adhere to center policies, infection control standards, and regulatory guidelines as part of a team-driven post-acute care operation.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Prior staff scheduling experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Follow the master staffing schedule created by the DON or designee.
• Coordinate information with the DON to maintain accuracy of nursing schedules.
• Prepare daily staffing sheets with continual revisions as necessary.
• Manage attendance and paid time off for nursing staff.
• Maintain compliance with center policies and infection control standards.

E.
