Job summary

Clement Manor in Greenfield, WI is seeking a Nursing Shift Manager to lead the evening nursing team and guide quality of care. The RN Supervisor role focuses on clinical oversight and administrative support during the 2:45pm–11:15pm shift, Monday through Friday, full-time.

You will supervise staff, ensure high-quality resident care, participate in on-call rotation, and collaborate across departments to promote teamwork and growth within the community.

Nursing Shift Manager

Clement Manor is a faith-based independent living, assisted living, CBRF and long term care community, nationally recognized for providing a superior quality environment for older adults. We’re looking for a dedicated RN Nurse Supervisor to guide our evening nursing team and help shape the quality of care in our community. The hours for this position are Monday-Friday 2:45pm-11:15pm

About the Role

As the Nursing Shift Supervisor, you’ll provide both clinical and administrative support to the nursing units and act as the go-to resource for the health centre and apartments during your shift. You’ll ensure residents receive the highest quality of care while fostering teamwork and professional growth among staff.

As part of our nursing leadership team, you’ll also participate in the facility’s on-call rotation.

What We’re Looking For

• Current RN license in the state of Wisconsin
• Graduate of an accredited Registered Nurse program
• CPR Certification
• 2–3 years nursing experience, preferably in geriatric long-term care
• At least 1 year of administrative and supervisory experience
• Strong leadership and communication skills with a team-focused mindset
