Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain staffing schedules for Nursing Services.
• Review staffing reports and coordinate unit coverage.
• Create and maintain data tracking systems for staffing and budget reports.
• Coordinate meetings, take minutes, and distribute information.
• Develop administrative analyses and promote quality improvement materials.
