Job summary

Catholic Charities of the Diocese of Rochester is seeking a full-time Nurse Manager to lead nursing services across CCFCS programs. You will provide comprehensive medical care, supervise RNs, ensure trauma-informed practices, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support client health and stability.

The role emphasizes quality care, staff training, and coordination with health providers; prior OPWDD/OASAS experience is preferred. Strong leadership and communication are essential.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing required
Valid NYS Dep of Education Registered Professional Nurse License required
One year minimum experience managing and supervising Nursing Services within an OPWDD or OASAS residential program
Five years of experience providing Nursing services to individuals with mental health, substance use disorder, and intellectual or developmental disability related services preferred

Responsibilities

Provides comprehensive health care of patients
Identifies immediate and long-term health care needs
Supervise Registered Nurses bi-weekly or as needed to ensure the highest quality health care delivery
Attends weekly case conference
