American Senior Communities is seeking an Assistant Director of Nursing Services (ADNS) to oversee resident care under professional standards and coordinate with the Director of Nursing Services to implement current clinical practices. The role requires an Indiana RN license and a strong Commitment to CARE values.

The ADNS will develop, communicate, and maintain nursing policies and procedures reflecting the facility philosophy, and ensure compliance with Federal and State regulations while

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Indiana RN license or ability to obtain an Indiana license.
• Demonstrates C.A.R.E. values to our residents, family members, customers and staff.

Responsibilities

• Assumes delegated responsibility and accountability for the provision of resident care according to professional standards of nursing practice.
• In coordination with the Director of Nursing Services, develops, communicates, and maintains nursing policies and procedures that reflect current clinical practice, professional standards, and facility philosophy of care consistent with laws and corporate policies.
