Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be a Registered Nurse and have a minimum of 4 years long term care experience.
• At least 2 years of supervisory experience.
• Must be a Registered Nurse in the State of Ohio.

Responsibilities

• Advises and assists leadership in planning and developing policies and procedures.
• Determines staffing needs and establishes performance standards.
• Directs and coordinates nursing program activities and budget.
• Coordinates nursing services with other facility activities.
• Oversees resident care program evaluation and education/training needs.
• Ensures regulatory compliance and conducts rounds of resident care units.
• Represents the facility to civic, professional, and community groups.
