Qualifications

• Must be a Registered Nurse with a valid Ohio license.
• Minimum 4 years in long-term care with at least 2 years supervisory experience.
• Ability to develop administrative procedures and manage budgets.

Responsibilities

• Direct nursing services and oversee resident care activities.
• Advise nursing staff and department heads on policies and procedures.
• Plan staffing levels and performance standards.
• Coordinate nursing activities with other facility operations.
