Qualifications

• RN licensure in the state where practicing.
• Nursing degree (Associate or Bachelor) from an accredited program.
• Minimum 2 years nursing supervisory experience; five years in long-term/acute care preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate total care plans for residents in accordance with physicians' orders and regulations.
• Communicate and interpret policies to nursing staff and monitor practices.
• Participate in admissions decisions and assist with visits for prospective residents.
• Attend daily and weekly management meetings to discuss resident status and concerns.
• Other duties as assigned with or without notice.
